Mr. Gus L. Blackmon is Warner Bros. longest-tenured employee and just happens to be Calvin’s uncle!
The year was 1973 and Gus made the biggest decision of his life. He left the comfort of a factory job in Dayton, OH and moved across the country to join what was then an intimate staff at Warner Bros. in California. This starstruck young man started in the mailroom and worked his way up the ranks, ultimately becoming an award-winning producer.
