On Oct 16, 2010, Eric suffered a spinal cord injury at MetLife Stadium; he became paralyzed in the fourth quarter of the game. Playing for Rutgers University now, he’s an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, sports analyst, philanthropist, and author.
